竊車牌裝己車　車禍露餡遭警逮

賊星該敗！新北市1名有毒品前科24歲何姓男子，昨天深夜11時許，騎著裝有偷來車牌的重機，行經蘆洲區環堤大道時，不慎與人發生擦撞，警方獲報到場檢視機車籍與車牌並不相符，詢問何男「車牌何來？」，何男卻答非所問裝瘋賣傻，警員於是將他帶回偵訊。

警方追查確認，該車牌於3年前就已報廢，何男卻不知從何「竊」取，偵訊時何男一下子故意敲擊桌椅製造聲響、一下又沉默不語，但面對警方詢問案情，何男一概以不知道回復，讓警方相當無奈。何母聞訊到警局關切，不斷向警方表示，其子罹患精神疾病，但卻提不出相關證明，訊後依竊盜罪嫌將何男移送法辦。（曾伯愷／新北報導）
