【短片】毒小鴨撲克牌　「無權可管」

過年期間許多人都到基隆看黃色小鴨，還會順便買小鴨的紀念品，包括應景的紅包袋、春聯或撲克牌，但《壹週刊》發現撲克牌卻含有毒的螢光劑，專家說，接觸到螢光劑，輕則皮膚紅腫，重則可能致癌。

負責設計生產的閣林國際圖書公司則回應，小鴨商品都有送SGS檢驗甲醛、重金屬及螢光劑，但紙製品被驗出含有螢光劑，因沒有國家標準，所以繼續販售，消費者若有疑慮可以退換貨。

攤商表示，該款商品過年前已全數下架，現場也沒再賣此款商品。黃景泰回應，主辦單位只授權賣2款黃色小鴨，其他商品「無權可管」，對於攤商並無強制管理權力。（陳偉周／基隆報導）
