代酒駕兒頂罪　慈父遭拆穿罰2萬

桃園1名褚姓男子，去年6月29日凌晨酒駕，因逃避警方追查而擦撞其他車輛後，肇逃跑回家中。警方根據車號循線前往褚家查訪，褚父護子心切，向警方聲稱是他開的車，但因對車禍發生過程描述與實況不符，被警方拆穿後送辦。

桃園地檢署檢察官偵訊後，考量褚父沒有前科，事後亦坦承犯行，予以緩起訴1年，另需繳公庫2萬元。（張沛森／桃園報導）
